Carefirst HQ is based in Ipswich, Suffolk. Offering agency, recruitment and training services into the healthcare sector. Carefirst started out predominantly specialising in the supply of temporary healthcare staff. Progressing through our infancy, our quality and training became recognised by our customers, local authorities and providers.
Customers quickly became aware of our quality and extraordinary training. In 2016 through popular demand we opened a training academy. The new division offered our bespoke mandatory and specialist training externally to our customers, businesses and the public. (even those looking after their loved ones at home.)
A year later in 2017, we launched a permanent recruitment division. We implemented our own sourcing techniques to find suitable people to fill our customers permanent needs. Enabling us to increase our temporary staff retention. Initially recruiting healthcare related staff from Care Assistant to Occupational Therapist. We have opened our doors to non healthcare related business. From Administrator to Director.
