Nutrition and Hydration: The 5 food groups and function for a healthy balanced diet / Roles and responsibilities in maintaining nutrition and hydration / Identifying poor nutrition and hydration / Promoting nutrition and hydration and taking a person centred approach in identifying ways in which an individual can be supported.
