What happens when we receive a complement I hear you ask, well we ensure that our staff are recognised for their work and we offer them a bonus!!

We had great feedback from the tenant, she complimented how sweet she was throughout her visit and highlighted how happy overall she was, she felt safe and supported. Morgan was understanding of her needs and was able to fulfil all aspects of her care. Morgan has been a pleasure to on shift.”
