Its a gift to care
Carefirst is a care agency or a temporary supporting service, which ever term you prefer. We recruit a permanent workforce that work for us on a continual basis. We offer and contract our services to clients that have a continual need for staffing support within their scheme or care service(s).
Each week allocate our staff to cover our services throughout our geographical areas. All of our services are accessible by public transport and for at least 5 hours or more. If you prefer to work only in the town or village that you live due to not driving, then that is not an issue for us.
Carefirst benefit from our own training academy and because of that, we benefit from all of the training and professional development available! That’s over 200 face to face, practical, theoretical and distance learning courses within health and social care. We are there to support you and help you in furthering your career should you want to progress.
